The cost of NOT changing ...

Change can be disruptive and painful. It may cost you some money or time, you might need to read a book, get into a program, or hire an expert. Or you'll have to change your behavior.

Maybe you think things really aren't that bad and you're resisting how badly change is needed. Simply ask yourself this question, “What are you waiting to have happen before you know you’re ready to take action?

Manage Change" ties in well with the one-day EIS Change Management workshop that I offer.
